Most 1–2 bedroom properties are turned around in under 2 hours. Larger properties or those requiring deep cleaning may take 3–4 hours. We always work to your check-in time and will confirm scheduling before each clean.
Yes. Our Premium Package includes a full linen service — freshly laundered sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels are supplied, changed and collected each visit. We can also work with your own linens if preferred.
Absolutely. Many of our clients manage portfolios of 5–20+ properties across London. We coordinate multiple turnarounds simultaneously, with dedicated teams assigned to your portfolio for consistency.
We understand that early check-ins happen. If you notify us of a schedule change, we do our best to adjust. For clients on our Premium or Hotel packages, we offer priority rescheduling with same-day emergency availability.
Yes. Every turnaround includes a walkthrough to identify damage, stains, breakages or missing inventory. We document everything with timestamped photos and send you a report, which can support insurance or deposit claims.
We keep emergency availability for our regular clients. For same-day or next-day requests, contact us as early as possible and we will do everything we can to accommodate. Premium and Hotel contract clients receive priority for last-minute requests.
