What do I need to provide?

Nothing at all. We bring all cleaning products, equipment and supplies to every visit. Our products are professional-grade and eco-friendly. If you have a preference for specific products or have sensitivities, just let us know and we will accommodate.

How long does a clean take?

This depends on the size of your home and the level of cleaning required. A typical 2-bedroom flat takes around 2–3 hours for a regular clean. For first-time or deep cleans, we recommend allowing a little extra time. We will give you an accurate estimate after discussing your requirements.

Can I change my schedule?

Absolutely. We understand that life is unpredictable. You can reschedule or skip a session with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. We will work around your calendar to find a time that suits you.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. Every cleaner arrives fully equipped with professional-grade products, microfibre cloths, a vacuum cleaner and mop. Our products are eco-friendly and non-toxic, safe for children and pets. Supply costs are included in what we agree for your visit — no surprise add-ons.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes, fully. Edwin's Cleaning Service carries comprehensive public liability insurance covering up to £5 million. Every team member is also individually DBS checked and vetted before joining us. Your home and belongings are in safe hands.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If anything does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we will send a cleaner back to re-do the areas in question free of charge. We operate a no-quibble guarantee because we stand behind the quality of our work.
